Welcome to the 7th annual edition of the TCM Crime Scene Festival, which celebrates and explores contemporary and classic aspects of the world’s most popular fiction genre through film, TV and literature.

This year our featured film previews include our Opening film, the high octaineTaken, starring Liam Neeson and the gripping Lakeview Terrace starring a malevolent Samuel L. Jackson. Our closing night film is the Cannes prize winning contemporary masterpiece Gomorrah by Matteo Garrone that depicts with astonishing detail the exploits of the modern Italian mafia of Naples.

On the TV side, we’re going behind the scenes with the popular drama Spooks to see what makes it tick, and also preview the new episode of Poirot – Mrs McGinty’s Dead.

Not to be missed literature events this year include a close-up with Stella Rimington and an insight into Peter James’ Roy Grace series when the author meets the person who inspired his books.

We hope to welcome a huge and diverse list of talent this year including Bertrand Tavernier who attends the Festival as our very special guest, Liam Neeson, Matteo Garrone and David Suchet plus a host of directors, actors and writers.
